<p>According to <a href="https://www.cmjornal.pt/" target="_blank"><em>Correio da Manha</em></a>, the Sweden international has 'already given a yes' to <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/andrea-berta-moves-arsenal-new-sporting-director-gunners-title-window-bukayo-saka-legendary-status/blt440ada9aa222c334" target="_blank">new Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta</a> and wants to head to the Emirates. The report adds Berta has played a 'decisive role' in convincing the ex-Coventry City man to move to the Gunners.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Arsenal have been in desperate need of a striker for some time now as they seek to end their near 21-year wait for a Premier League title. The <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/arsenal-man-utd-viktor-gyokeres-boost-sporting-cut-asking-price-saudi-pro-league-side-outspend/blt5ccc0de52917f7d4" target="_blank">26-year-old will not come on the cheap</a>, however, as the report states Sporting expect to receive between €80-90 million (£68m/£76.5) for his services. Manha adds that Arsenal players could be used in a player-plus-cash deal.</p>
