WHAT HAPPENED?
Chelsea have reached an agreement with Atletico to sign Felix for a second time, per The Athletic, The Portugal international was on loan at the Blues in 2019, playing 20 times and scoring four goals. Now, the Blues have negotiated a permanent deal, with the 24-year-old set to sign a six-year contract with the option of a further 12 months.
Felix made a total of 131 appearances for Atletico and was once one of the most expensive players in the world, joining the club for a fee of £113m ($146m) in 2019. He scored 34 goals and provided 18 assists in those games.
