<p>According to <a href="https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1824570128006082583" target="_blank"><em>Fabrizio Romano</em></a>, the two teams are inching closer to an agreement for Felix and Gallagher, there were 'positive' talks on Friday, and the Portuguese international has said yes to contract terms at Stamford Bridge. It is also said that rumours of a £51 million ($66m) fee are not true, but all parties are working to get these transfers sorted this weekend.</p>
