WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>It was a much-needed win for the English giants who headed into the game on the back of consecutive losses against Arsenal and Nottingham Forest in the Premier League. In the Amorim era, United have now won and lost two matches each and drawn once.</p>

<p>The win over the Czech club has also helped the English giants to club up to the seventh position in the Europa League table. They are now well-poised to qualify for the round of 16 stage of the competition.</p>
