<p>McElhenney was not proud of <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/rotting-cancer-hell-wrexham-co-owner-rob-mcelhenney-nightmare-round-golf-farmers-insurance-open-uswnt-star-alex-morgan/bltfff563280135eae1" target="_blank">his first round at the Farmers Insurance Open</a>, saying: "That [course] nothing but beautiful and in here [rubs chest area] a rotting cancer of hell... and that's golf!" His wife, Kaitlin Olson, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/video-rob-mcelhenney-wife-kaitlin-olson-golfing-technique-wrexham-golf-swing-farmers-insurance-open/blta4c2fc6e0c7c100c" target="_blank">made fun of the actor's swing</a>, saying he "didn't finish like we discussed".</p>

<p>While McElhenney competes at the golf tournament, his side Wrexham are preparing for their FA Cup clash against Blackburn on Monday. The Red Dragons will then take on Salford as they look to move up to first place in League Two.</p>
