Andile Jali: He may be disruptive bad boy but former Orlando Pirates star remains among best midfield cogs in PSL

Now that the Kaizer Chiefs have settled the dust on their end by relieving Arthur Zwane of his duties as head and passing on that responsibility to Molefi Ntseki - there is one piece of the Mzansi football puzzle that still needs some solving. Andile Jali.

His future has been subject to a lot of speculation after he officially left Mamelodi Sundowns. The 33-year-old midfielder made matters worse on Tuesday when he had the whole country guessing about his next destination.

Whether he is going to rejoin Orlando Pirates, go to rivals Amakhosi or opt for the PSL outskirts of clubs like AmaZulu, Cape Town City, or Sekhukhune - nobody really knows.

Jali left Sundowns under bizarre circumstances as he was reported to have turned out to be training under the influence of recreational beverages and was subsequently frozen out for months before his official release.

Jali's troubles off the pitch are well-documented. But does his talent make it easy to forget that he is quite a bad boy?

GOAL looks at his qualities and what he will offer wherever he is going.
