<p>Chelsea have rejected the prospect of winning the Premier League title and remain focused on finishing in the top four under manager Enzo Maresca, the <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-14163291/Enzo-Maresca-Chelsea-win-Premier-League-title.html?ico=authors_pagination_desktop" target="_blank"><em>Daily Mail</em></a> reports. The Blues are currently second in the table, seven points behind leaders Liverpool, and have only lost twice this season.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>Chelsea can continue their fine form this weekend with a win over local rivals Tottenham, but the board have not altered their expectations; they expect Maresca's side to do everything they can to finish in the Champions League qualification spots and successfully introduce a new style of play.</p>

<p>Chelsea finished sixth last season and were 28 points behind eventual champions Manchester City. Thus, a title challenge of any kind would have to be regarded as significant progress under Maresca's management.</p>
