His Swiss partner headed down the same path when bringing a spell in the WSL to a close. <p><a href="https://www.calciomercato.it/2024/11/03/flop-douglas-luiz-la-juventus-ha-il-piano-per-sostituirlo-subito/ " target="_blank"><em>Calciomercato</em></a> claim that Luiz was fit and available to face Udinese, with Bianconeri boss Thiago Motta merely choosing to overlook him. There are now suggestions that Juve may line up a loan move for the South American in the January transfer window.</p>
