Lionel Messi was at it again this past weekend, hitting the decisive goal as Barcelona claimed their 26th Liga title.
The Argentina international struck his 34th goal of the campaign with a trademark finish to secure a 1-0 win over Levante and wrap up the crown.
Elsewhere, Jan Oblak was the star for Atletico Madrid as they squeezed a 1-0 victory of their own, over Real Valladolid, making four saves to ensure his side took all three points.
And there was also finally some joy for Girona, who ended a run of six straight defeats with a vital victory over Sevilla that saw them move out of the relegation zone.
