The European champions are set to face off against the Serie A winners on Saturday at the FedExField in Landover, Maryland as part of the International Champions Cup (ICC) – though there will be no opportunity for new Juventus signing Cristiano Ronaldo to play against Real Madrid.
Both sides are close to the end of their pre-season forays in the United States, and Madrid need to bounce back following a 2-1 loss to Manchester United in Miami while Juventus are yet to lose a game this summer.
New Real Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui will be disappointed to have lost his first game in charge of his side but will be eager to stake his claim against the Italian giants.

The potential of a mouth-watering first meeting between Ronaldo and former side Real Madrid in Maryland have been axed, as the Portuguese international will not make his debut for the Bianconeri until later in the month.
Juventus are unbeaten in their Stateside run, registering a 2-0 victory over Bayern and holding both Benfica and MLS All-Stars to 1-1 draws, winning on both occasions by way of a penalty shootout.
Madrid head into the fixture off the back of a disappointing 2-1 defeat to former manager Jose Mourinho and Manchester United, though will be buoyed by the return of a number of their stars who had missed the start of the ICC campaign due to post-World Cup holidays.
Bale will be expected to step in and fill Ronaldo's shoes, while the Portuguese striker's departure also makes way for Asensio to make a starting claim – though Madrid are still expected to fully replace the 33-year-old.
This new season will be Lopetegui's first as Madrid manager following Zinedine Zidane's exit earlier in the summer, and he will be tasked with making a challenge for the Liga title – as well as pushing for a spectacular defence of their European Cup title as they aim for a fourth successive Champions League.
