<p>Brooklyn Beckham posted a selfie on Instagram in which he revealed that he was in a hospital bed, and required medical intervention after sustaining a broken shoulder. It is unclear how exactly the injury came about, but he posted that his wife, Nicola Peltz, is looking after him.</p>
