Make it or break it for Molefi Ntseki - Matches that will define Kaizer Chiefs head coach's reign

The new Kaizer Chiefs head coach made a name for himself as a youth coach - guiding South Africa to the Under-17 Afcon final and Fifa U17 World Cup finals in 2015.

His achievements with Amajimbos earned him a promotion to Bafana Bafana assistant coach before taking charge of the senior national team in 2019.

However, Ntseki, who started his coaching career at lower division side Welkom Stars in the late 90s, was dismissed as Bafana coach in 2021 after failing to guide the 1996 African champions to the 2021 Afcon finals. He then went on to join Chiefs as a head of technical and youth development academy ahead of the 2021/22 season.

The Botshabelo-born mentor knows that he will be judged on results but some results are more important than others at a big club like Chiefs. GOAL looked at matches that will define Ntseki's reign at the Naturena-based giants.
