Kaizer Chiefs fans are desperate for a good 2024/25 Premier Soccer League season after going for nine years without silverware.Nasreddine Nabi is the main man helping the Glamour Boys bounce back to the top of Mzansi football.The Tunisian is determined to help the Soweto giants realise their potential after their lengthened struggles.

WHAT HAPPENED?

It was also important for the new staff to meet the players and adjust together."The [pre-season] games weren’t to ease expectations... however as the time goes in this month, the pace will pick up and it will be what I want out of them."

WHAT NABI SAID

The fans <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/lists/kaizer-chiefs-and-orlando-pirates-cut-from-the-same-cloth-but-two-worlds-apart-a-tale-of-class-and-barbarism/bltf843a13d36fd3257" target="_blank">have not had an easy time with the last three coaches</a> who were at the helm. Arthur Zwane had to be escorted out of the field on some occasions after failing to deliver as anticipated.His successor Molefi Ntseki also felt the wrath of the supporters and was fired after just 13 games in charge.The caretaker coach Cavin Johnson couldn't convince the management of his ability to help the team deliver as Amakhosi went on to finish 10th in the 2023/24 season.
