<p>The report adds that the Red Devils have identified several top managers as possible candidates for the United boss' chair including names like Inter's Simone Inzaghi and ex-Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel However, former legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson wants former Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri to take charge at Old Trafford.</p>

<p>The German manager was earlier linked with a move to the Premier League club this summer after he left the Bayern Munich job at the end of the 2023/24 season.
