The Spaniard initially joined the Premier League club from Fiorentina in 2016, making 15 appearances in the latter half of the 2015-16 campaign.
He was, however, shipped out on loan to Valencia last season and has been deemed surplus to requirements by new Hornets manager Marco Silva.
And he has now decided to make the switch to the Chinese Super League and join Guizhou Zhicheng, who are currently 11th in the table with four wins from their opening 16 games of the season.

A statement released by the club read: "Hopefully, he will integrate with our team as soon as possible, making a contribution to Guizhou football and Zhicheng football club with his rich experiences and splendid skills."
Suarez will, however, not be the only former Premier League player at Guizhou Zhicheng, with ex-Everton, Hull City and West Ham striker Nikica Jelavic currently on loan at the club from Beijing Renhe.
